She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Merlin Fisher and Beulah Fisher; her husband Joseph Newell Waller; her stepchildren, Joseph Newell Waller Jr. (Karolee), Amy Waller, Ann Salmons (David) and William Chester Waller (Mellisa); and her siblings, Bradley Fisher (Lois) and Kathleen Oakeson. She was also cherished by many nephews, nieces, and step grandchildren.
