He is survived by: his wife Laura Evelyn; his son William Phillip; his daughter-in-law Marsha; his sister Daphane; his grandchildren, Melissa Pryor, Phillip, Julie Porter, Amanda and Erik Hendrix; and his great grandchildren, Chelsie, Justin, Tayler, Michael and Isaac.
