It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine Broughton (Ojai, California), born in Gardena, California, who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Roscoe Durrington and Jewel Durrington (Carter); her husband Howard Anthony Broughton; and her sisters, Irene and Loise.

She is survived by : her daughters, Sandy Goldstein and Cynthia Smith. She is also survived by son, Russell New (wife, Valda); as well as many other extended family and loving friends.
