It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Patricia Tangonan of Orange Cove, California, born in Mobile, Alabama, who passed away on January 22, 2022, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ada Caisley Oosse and Jack Oosse; her husband Severo Tangonan; her sons, Bill Manzano and Jack De Peralta; her sister Barbara Schill of Mobile, Alabama; her children, Jim McCoy (Donna), Diana Rodriquez (Richard) and Severo Tangonan, Jr. (Audrey); and her daughter-in-law Ana DePeralta. She was also cherished by 17 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
