She is survived by : her husband Mike; her children, Michala, Brendan and Tyler; her mother Cindy Juarez; her brother Richard Mueller; and her aunts and uncles, Jackie Juarez, Marie Juarez-Reed, Joe Juarez, Thomas Juarez, Gaylene Juarez, Kerry McNamara-DeFrange and Jim Bumgarner.
