He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Joseph Simmons and Emily Simmons; his wife Mary "Ruby" Medina; his children, Michael Simons and Michele Fumasi (Dean) of Orland; his grandchildren, Fallon of Tempe Arizona, Briley of Orland and Theron Fumasi of Orland; and his siblings, Josie Nordel of Orland and Frank Simmons of Forest Ranch. He was also cherished by several niece, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family would appreciate memorial contributions be made to Enloe Foundation/Hospice or Westhaven Senior Living.
