He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Rudolph Schmidt and Alba Schmidt; his friends, Valerie Miller and Orland Farmstead Creamery; his sister Barbara Hickman; his children, Carrie Anderson and Frank Rios; and his grandchildren, Kayla Villalobos, Bryce Rios, Chantel Rios, Savanah Rios and Cassidy Rios.
