Concepcion is survived by: spouse Consuelo Salas; daughters, Leticia Avila and Rosalind Avila; wife Victoria Avila; stepchildren, Maria Noorbehesht (Behzad), Alicia Orosco (Javier), Jorge Ramirez (Angelica) and Everardo Ramirez (Miriam); grandchildren, Arman Noorbehesht, Kavon Noorbehesht, Ryan Noorbehesht, Daniel Orosco (Monique), Nadia Orosco, David Orosco, Alexandra Ramirez, Zachary Ramirez, Jerry Ramirez, Jesse Ramirez, Liah Ramirez and Melanee Ramirez; great grandchild Mikaela Orosco; and siblings, Ernest (Rachel), Rudy (Ruth), David Avila, Bobby (BobbiAnn), Johnny, Elisa Pacheco and Delia Perez. Concepcion is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
