He is survived by: his wife Rosie Saldivar; his children, Rick Saldivar (Angel) and Joann Turpeau; his grandchildren, Ariann Turpeau, Amya Turpeau, Aryk Saldivar and Deryk Saldivar; and his siblings, Francisco of Corpus Christ, Mary Saldivar of Corpus Christ and Fred Saldivar of Sacramento.
