He is survived by: his wife Shirley Schock; his daughter Karen Staggs; his son-in-law Charles Staggs, Jr.; his grandchildren, Sean Staggs, Brian Staggs and Traci Staggs; and his great grandchildren, Hailey Mutter, Kaedance Yanez and Axle Staggs.
