He was predeceased by: his wife Jacqueline Winegar; and his son Cody Winegar. He is survived by: his daughters, Rhonda Madnick, Karen Jessup (Kenny), Judy Winegar (Rick), Lisa Ruelas (Mario) and Suzy Winegar. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
