It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred W. Smith (Pebble Beach, California), who passed away on April 29, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Fred W. Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his mother Erma Wells; and his stepfather Paul Wells. He is survived by : his wives, Mary and Maria Hearley-Smith; and his children, Fred Wesley Smith, Jr. (Stacie), Deborah Smith-Magness and Jonathan P. Smith (Amy). He is also survived by four grandchildren, a stepdaughter and three step grandchildren.
