We are sad to announce that on April 17, 2025, at the age of 92, Helen Ferreira Mendes of Petaluma, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Ferreira and Tereza Ferreira; her brothers, Ralph and Dennis Ferreira; and her great grandchild Lucas Repp.
She is survived by: her husband Manuel Mendes; her children, Manuel Jr. Mendes (Cathy) and Diane Repp (Michael); her grandchildren, Theresa, Jessica, Anthony, Johnathan and Brian; her children, Cheyenne, Parker and Eloise; and her siblings, Tony Ferreira and Tereza Taylor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Helen to the Salvation Army of Petaluma, Redwood Empire Food Bank or the charity of your choice.
