He is survived by : his spouse Lynn Leonard; his brother William Barlow of Oakland; his former life partner Janet Barlow of Piedmont; his sons, Philip Barlow (Jenny) and Keith Barlow (Bobbie) of Piedmont; his stepdaughter Elizabeth Hansen; his son Tim of Livermore; and his stepson John McKenney (Pam) of San Carlos.
