He was predeceased by : his parents, Grace Brown and Lewis Brown; and his son Timothy Jay Brown. He is survived by : his wife Phylis Brown; and his children, Wayne, Wanda, William, Nancy, Wesley and Wendy. He is also survived by 22 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
