She was predeceased by: her stepfather Jeff Swart. She is survived by: her parents, Nancy Swart and Paul Sundberg (Mickie Sundberg); her daughters, Acacia Brocklehurst and Kaylee Kaufman (Freddy Haddad); her stepson Jason Haddad; her sister Allison Sundberg; her stepsiblings, Russel Swart and Katie Fisette; and her pet Wicket.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mobil Country Club (2473 Sunrise Blvd, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670).
