With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Billie Joan Gibbs (Rancho Palos Verdes, California), born in Bicknell, Indiana, who passed away on August 25, 2018. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by : her parents, Forest Pack and Mary Pack; her spouse Virgil R. Gibbs; and her children, Richard (Diane Gibbs), Shawn Ferris and John Gibbs. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
