He was predeceased by: his parents, Cleto Ibañez and Laura Rossi. He is survived by: his wife Roselyn Estepa Ibañez; his daughters, Gabriela Nguyenphuoc and Mikaela Ibañez; his son-in-law Hoanvinh Nguyenphuoc; his grandsons, Cleto BaoQuy and Liam BaoMinh Nguyenphuoc; and his siblings, George, Jerry Rossi, Lauren Hallman and Irma Rossi.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, December 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Green Hills Mortuary and Memorial Chapel in Rancho Palos Verdes (27501 S Western Ave, Rancho Palos Verdes, CA 90275).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to help with costs.
