He is survived by: his wife Sue Elaine Perry; his children, Owen Parson Hall III and Amy Marguerite Jackson (Hall); his children-in-law, LaKinya and Mike; his sister Susan; his brother-in-law Bill (Marsha); his grandchildren, Evelyn, Joshua, Olivia, Gabriel, Faith, Marissa and Ava; his cousin Owen Glenn; and his sibling's children, Helen (Santi) and Philip (Bob).
