He is survived by : his wife Patricia Czwakiel (Patty); his daughters, Mariah and Naomi; his siblings, Donna and Butch; and also, Barbara Ross, Donna Samuels, Butch Berry and Sam Clawson-Simons. He is also survived by many extended family members, friends.
