Winn (Red Bluff, California), born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on June 5, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Sylvester Link; her parents-in-law, Delbert Winn and Jeanette Winn; and her siblings-in-law, Christine Winn and Alan Winn.
She is survived by: her spouses, David Winn and Dave D. Winn; her mother Alice Link of Dubuque, IA; her siblings, Allan Link (Alice) of Balltown, IA, Loras Link (Tammy) of Balltown, IA, Carol LeGrand (Ron) of Dubuque, IA and LuAnn Small (Steve) of Madrid, IA; and her siblings-in-law, Philip Winn (JoAnn) of Monroe, NC, Nancy Alt (Dennis) of Hudson, IA and Janan Winn of North Liberty, IA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
