It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Oliver A. Duval (Red Bluff, California), who passed away on August 3, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his children, Michael and Michelle Scott; and his granddaughter Deborah Roth. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughter Sheryl Blake (William); his grandchildren, David Blake (Laura) and Deana Ehly (Eric); and his siblings, Ruth Holmes (Tom) and Don Duval (Neva). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
