She was predeceased by: her parents, John Nelson Halstead and Cornelia Irene Halstead. She is survived by: her husband Rex Sampsell; her children, Rex Lee Sampsell, Tasha Sampsell and Lori Nguyen; her grandchildren, Seanna Nance and Dylan Nguyen; her siblings, Kaye Listug and John Halstead; and her nieces, Maria Orozco, Monica Abkin and Shannon Halstead.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, December 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Crippen & Flynn Woodside Chapel (400 Woodside Rd, Redwood City, CA 94061).
