With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Sonnenberg of Ridgecrest, California, born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on March 31, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Sonnenberg and Edith Sonnenberg (Lasky). He is survived by: his children, Robert A. Sonnenberg of Ridgecrest, CA, Brenda L. Sonnenberg-Young of Gilbert, AZ and Brian L. Sonnenberg of Ridgecrest, CA; his brother Lane Sonnenberg, Sr. (Shirley) of Union Mills, IN; his sibling's children, Lane Sonnenberg, Jr. (Amanda) of Mill Creek, IN and April Sonnenberg-Salat (Bob) of Michigan City, IN; his child Beverly Sonnenberg; and his close friends, Barbara Sempert and Lucinda Sutt. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
Memorial donations may be made in Bruce's honor to any charity organization of the donor's choice.
