She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Holt and Helen Cummins Holt; her siblings, James Monroe Holt, Amos Gene Holt and Ruth Mae Holt Riley; and her brother-in-law James Howard Riley.
She is survived by: her children, Lori Ann D'Anza Courtney (Bruce) of San Diego and David Alan D'Anza of Bakersfield; her grandchildren, Wesley Courtney of San Diego, Daniel Courtney of San Diego and Brandon Courtney of San Diego; her nieces, Kathy Reagor (Danny) and Karen Krueger; her sisters-in-law, Jane Holt of Vienna, IL and Geri Holt of Metropolis, IL; and her cousin Nancy Cummins. She is also survived by several other cousins, nieces and nephews.
