He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Haddock Sr. and Susanne Thomas. He is survived by: his wife Dawn Haddock; his children, Ethan Haddock, Grace Haddock (Zach Olson) and Addie Haddock; and his brother Scott Haddock (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
