He was predeceased by: his mother Cindy Mayhugh; and his great-grandparents, William Mayhugh, Shirley Allred and Aurel Hays. He is survived by: his father Chad Mayhugh; his siblings, Steven, Christopher, Liam and Megan; his grandparents, Roy, Bonnie Mayhugh, Jon and Sally Bumgardner; his aunts and uncles, James Bumgardner, Jason, Erika Bumgardner, Mike, Celia Mayhugh and Becky Hall; his nephew Garret Mayhugh; and his pet Kush.
