He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Jouett Fletcher and Mae Fletcher (Claunch); his wife Charlotte June Fletcher of Ridgecrest; and his children, Kimberleigh L. Fletcher (Gregory Torre) of Valley Springs, CA. and Kary L Fletcher (Mildred) of Erwin, Tennessee..

Visitation was held on Monday, March 1st 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Hk Holland Memorial Chapel (216 S Norma St, Ridgecrest, CA 93555). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 2nd 2021 at 1:00 PM at the South Kern Cemetery (15543 S Vineland Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93307).
