We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2021, at the age of 69, Willie L Edwards (Ridgecrest, California), born in West Point, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Edwards, Sr. and Louise Edwards; and his siblings, Richard, Jerry, Jimmy and Mary Helen McFarland (Linzell).
He is survived by: his wife Eddie L. Edwards; his daughters, Camica, Tanisha and Angela Edwards; his grandchildren, Devon, Chelsea, Jamila, Sebastian, Alex, Olivia and McKenzie; and his siblings, Betty Moore (Tim), Aaron (Dorothy), William and Isaac (Gay). He is also survived by nieces, nephews and in-laws.
In acknowledgement of the state of our current pandemic environment, there will be no repast.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Ridgecrest Elks Lodge #1913, 201 East Church Street, Ridgecrest, CA 93555 for the Elks National Foundation in remembrance of Willie.
