He was predeceased by: his daughter Luisa; his parents, Luigi and Maria; and his brothers, Tarsillo, Walter and Tiziano.
He is survived by: his daughter Gabriella Chaput (Howard); his son-in-law Ken Nelson; his sister Nives; his sister-in-law Clarice; his parents-in-law, Julie and Gino; and his grandchildren, Paul, Laura, Cody, Nicholas, Mia, Ben and Eva.
In lieu of other tributes, the family kindly asks that donations be made to either the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Cancer Society – Alberta/NWT.
