It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Luella M. Richter (Riverside, California), born in Muscatine, Iowa, who passed away on March 19, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Schultz and Bernice Schultz; her husband Eldon Richter; her sister Carlene Peed; her brother-in-law Ralph Peed; her children, Rok Richter and Kim Allan; and her son-in-law Charles Allan.
She is survived by: her cousin Eldon Richter; her nieces, Kathy Smith (Lee) of Woodhull, IL, Nancy Hartman of Toulon, IL, Sue Van De Rostyne (Mark) of Kewanee, IL and Elaine Barnes (Patrick) of Edgewater, FL; Royal Peed (Laura) of Kewanee, IL.. She is also survived by Numerous great nieces and nephews, great-great nieces and nephews, a great-great-great nephew and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Toulon Rehabilitation & Health Care Center - Certified Memory Care Unit or Alzheimer's Association.
