He is survived by: his wife Mildred "Dolly" Howard of Johnsville, AR; his children, Lynda Aguilar (Ray) and James O. Howard; his grandchildren, Julie Aguilar Rogado (Geoffrey), Emily Howard and Max Howard; his great grandchildren, Bradley Carlson, Anthony Rogado and Gillian Rogado; and his great great grandchildren, Archie Carlson and Carson Houston. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
