He is survived by: his wife Yolanda Lopez Esparza; his children, Monica Esparza (Rob Valdez), Amanda Esparza, Javier Garcia Esparza Jr. and Alex Esparza; his mother Flora Esparza; his siblings, Juan Jose Esparza, Juan Manuel Esparza, Hector Esparza (Olga), Humberto Esparza (Felipa), Cecilia Esparza, Marisa Esparza, Flora Esparza (David), Nena Esparza, Lilia Esparza (Juan) and Soila Esparza (Ricardo); his grandchildren, Marcella Yvonne, Robert Joseph Jr., Cham Jr., Cecilia Christine, Yolanda Jasiel, Areli Michelle, Juanita Rose, Javier Garcia III, Violet Lucille, Nellie Marie, Sebastian Eli and Thomas Everett; and his brother Chuy. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
