He is survived by: his wife Gail Caguimbal-Rapacon; his children, Rafaela Coakley, Marisa Rapacon (Charlie Zarza), Liza Rapacon-Brotton (Mike Hoffmann), Gerry Rapacon, Avelino Fernandez Jr. (Lyvon), Andy Fernandez and Angela Fernandez-Galope (Gener); his grandchildren, Lauren, Sydney, Chris, Kiana, Taylor, Nick, Alexis, Avelino III, Amara, Amalie, Desiree, Anyssa, Avery, Raelani, Angelina, Andrew, Abner and Aleena; and his great grandchild Kirk.
