He is survived by: his children, Raymond Familar (Minerva) of Grayslake, IL and Beverly Familar of Golden Valley, AZ; his grandchildren, Athena Familar of Palatine, IL and Kahlo Familar of Grayslake, IL; and his sister Adelaida Teruel (George) of Lincolnwood, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
