It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John C. Alger of San Carlos, California, who passed away on February 3, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, John A. Alger and Virginia G. Alger (Scott); and his brother Mike. He is survived by : his brother Joe; his children, Lisa Zeigler (Ken) of Beaverton, OR and Daniel (Jessenia Clements) of Montara, CA; his stepson Patrick Mooney (Steve Tom) of San Francisco, CA.; and his grandchildren, Joseph, Abbie Zeigler, Noah, Malcolm Alger and Chase Heiberger.
