He is survived by: his children, Rachel McCarthy-Moya (Chris) of Los Angeles and Nicolas McCarthy-Moya (Melissa) of Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Isabelle and Gabriel; his significant other Katherine Mazzei of San Diego; his siblings, Rosella, Rebecca, Rita and Rick; and his parents, Manuel Moya of El Paso and Alicia Moya of El Paso. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
