He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted and Dottie. He is survived by: his brothers, Robin and Bruce (Doris); his wife Elisabeth; his children, Michael (Denise), James (Rebecca), Emily Davis (Galen), Bonnie Wittenstein (Jeran) and Thomas (Dustin Durham); and his stepchildren, Nicholas Dupree and Emily Dupree. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren (ages 16 months to 8 years old), ex-wife Gail Forbes, and many nieces and nephews.
