He is survived by: his wife Michele Delaney; his children, Dylan and Heather; his mother Vie Lee Walter; his brother Derek DeGroot; his parents-in-law, Mike and Nancy Delaney; his uncle Mark Gilbert; and his nieces and nephews, Jerika DeGroot, Tiffany, Lorelai (Donovan Burton) and Christine (Stephanie Sole).
