It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dmd Blake N. Synowski (San Diego, California), born in Salem, Oregon, who passed away on September 17, 2019, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dr. Richard and Jennie Lee Synowski; his pet Independence; and his siblings, Rick, Roger (Cathi), Rosemary Peil Mattson (Dean) and Sheryl Ann Kelsh (Tim). He was also cherished by eight nephews and nieces, and six great nephews and nieces.
