He is survived by: his wife Denise Childress; his children, Tracy Crawford (Jason) and Brian Childress; his son-in-law Garret Chadek; his siblings, John (Sharon Childress) and Jean Bailey; and his sisters-in-law, Carol Childress and Janice Childress. He is also survived by five loving grandchildren.
