He was predeceased by: his daughter Nancy Bullock. He is survived by: his wife Carol; and his daughters, Natalie Kolkovich (Joseph) and Norma (Marty) of Maine. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Westminster Presbyterian Church.
