It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth Lynn Connell in San Diego, California, born in Meridian, Mississippi, who passed away on February 28, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Leonard Owen and Mary Anna Culpepper (Moody); her children, Billy Beddingfield (Lara), Bobby Gurney, Boyd Gurney and Leslie Cattaneo (Giovanni); her granddaughters, Holly and Marilyn Cattaneo; her husband Everett Connell; and her brothers, Leonard Owen Jr. and Murphy Culpepper. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews.
