He is survived by: his wife Debbie Bencivenga; his children, Robert (Lisa), Nadine, Dennis, Alyssa and Alanna Bencivenga; his grandchildren, Talia, Vincent Bencivenga, Jasper and Dakoda Gonzalez; his siblings, Robert Bencivenga and Millie Dunn (Greg); and his siblings' children, Dominic Bencivenga, Aaron, Jason Dunn and Amanda Bencivenga.
