We are sad to announce that on February 21, 2021, at the age of 93, Fidela M. Arcilla (San Diego, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Pedro Manuel and Francisca Jose; her husband Cesar Arcilla; and her son Jaydee Arcilla. She is survived by: her children, Art Arcilla (Yollie), Mignonette Santos (Jose), Marian Kuhlmann, Bing Arcilla (Arlene), Dennis Arcilla (Ruby), Angelica Jones (Jeff), Rancho and Joel Arcilla (Zita). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
