He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruby Viola Theodora Sedlund (Nelson) and Ludwig Edmund Sedlund; his siblings, Grace Genevieve Flysjo, Ludwig Ellis Sedlund and Ruby Annette Sedlund; and his son Eric Alan Sedlund.
He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Sedlund; his sister Ione Elizabeth Paulson; and his children, Cynthia Hann (Byron), Clifford Sedlund (Marilyn), Keith Sedlund (Monica) and Kenneth Sedlund (Susan Babuka). He is also survived by seven granddaughters, and five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Roland Sedlund memorial fund at Atonement Lutheran Church or the National Kidney Foundation.
