It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John B Hammond (San Diego, California), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 8, 2019, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Hammond and Alice Alison. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard Hammond (Beverly) of Tennessee and Jill Smith (Jeff) of Missouri; his children, Jonathan Hammond of California and Krista Diedrich (KC); and his grandchildren, Grant, Brynn, Mesfin and Yebby. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
