He is survived by: his wife Hilda Ricker Pickering of Greeneville; his children, Heather Carter and Jonathan; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Pickering of Johnson City; his grandchildren, Kaylee, Bella Pickering and Hannah Carter; his sister Irma Miller of Greeneville; and his sisters-in-law, Shirley Pickering of Greeneville and Margaret Pickering of Tampa. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
