He is survived by: his wife Kim Marie Bauer; his children, Tina Marshall (Jim), Taron Ferguson (Amanda), Bryce Ferguson and Jon Ferguson; his sister Pat Berry; his grandchildren, Lyman Marshall (Molly), Kendal Marshall, Grace Marshall, Ireland McGraw and Brie Marshall; and his great grandchild Oliver Marshall.
