She was predeceased by: her husband David Jeffrey Smith; and her siblings, John O'Hare of Scotland, Theresa Spehar of Ontario and Rose Stevenson of Australia. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Aaron, Allison of San Diego, Moira, Lindsay, Claire and Jess of Goderich; and her sister Annie. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews.

Thanks also to the Alzheimer Society of Huron County for their programs, support, and kindness.
